Anita Davis

Sister Anita Davis obeyed the Gospel on May 12, 1996 at the Linwood Church of Christ in Buffalo, N.Y. She is married to a wonderful Bible teacher, man of God and her best friend, Stacy Davis. They’re son, Demetrius, is the minister of the Franklin Rd. Church of Christ, in Murfreesboro, TN. He’s married to Chloe (her daughter-in-Love). They blessed her with her first grandchild on February 19, 2022, a beautiful little girl, Naomi Ray! Anita and Stacy’s youngest son, Stacy Jr., passed away in 2008, at the age of seven, after succumbing to complications from Spina Bifida and Pan-Hypopituitarism. Anita gives God all praise for blessing their family with “Little Stacy,” because his life was a reflection of God’s providence, grace, mercy, and comfort especially after his passing. Anita finds comfort and strength in her favorite Bible verses 2 Cor. 1:3-5 and Proverbs 3:5-6.
In 2005, Anita’s family moved from Buffalo to Greenville, SC and started serving and worshipping with the I-85 Church of Christ. She enjoys teaching in the Primary (1st - 3rd grade) Bible Class. She loves presenting lessons on the Winning the Battles in Your Mind morning prayer call, assisting her husband with the Youth Group.
Anita is employed by Michelin North America in both Finance and Logistics.
When not working, you can always find her spending time with family, friends, traveling, honing her speaking abilities with Toastmasters International, shopping for her grand baby, or reading something good for her spiritual, personal, and professional development!
