- Ben would walk a girl home whom he was crushing on everyday
- She invites him to worship service when they get back to school after the summer
- She would have him picked up on Sundays for worship
- The usher separates him and the young lady
- He would attend worship with his family, but this service was different
- He was asked by a brother if he ever studied the word
- He had several session and learned what it meant to follow the examples of Jesus
- He was baptized at the age 14
- The puppy love was what brought him to the love and knowledge of Christ
- He knew the standard of what he wanted to live by
- After baptism he rarely saw the young lady that invited him to worship service
- He ended attending another high school
- Ben read the bible while on his way to school daily
- Being bullied for his faith
- He was bullied by others for his faith while in school
- He did not do what the typical teenagers do
- When he got picked on it fueled his passion to dig deeper in the word
- He spent more time with members of the body (he gain more than he lost)
